Our Sprouted Black Urad Dhal ( Karuppu Ulundhu in Tamil ) is a homemade product made from 100% Sprouted Whole Black Gram
Jowar is also known as Ulundham Parupu in Tamil, uzhunnu in Malayalam, uddina bele in Kannada, Jonnaudhi pappu in Telugu and urad dal in Hindi.
Very Rich in Protein, Amino acids, Dietary Fiber which is good for all group of people. It is commonly used as porridge to young women in South India to strengthen their bones and for improve their hormone balance.
Freshly prepared in small batches using locally grown grains which are washed, soaked in water for 8 hours, sprouted (Germinated), dry roasted and grinded to flour.

How to use ?
This is a perfect substitute to foods that can be made using wheat and rice.

Home made taste
I usually prepared normal black urad dal powder at home. not sprouted one. Due to time consuming process ,
I planned to order. Taste is similar to home grinded product.
Also u did not add any sugar
into it. That's also added adv for me. I totaly liked it ka

I have recently purchased ‘ sprouted urad dal ‘ and foxtail/bajra flour for the first time. I have been purchasing ‘ Sathu mavu kanji and sprouted ragi’ for over the period of 3 -4 months. I made dosa from both foxtail/ bajra flour and porridge from urad dal for my 1.5 yrs baby. Really it tasted good and smells good esp urad dal was really delicious. These are all purely homemade as I can see it from the taste and smell. To be honest, I am now guilty free that I am giving my baby the nutritious food for her proper growth and development with appropriate nutrients. My husband also told me that she started gaining weight gradually. My only concern is to give her nutritious food.
I am delighted to share that I finally found out I am giving my baby the right healthy amount of food which is from Sproutzee and I ll continue to purchase.
